St Albans, VT – Doug Nedde and Grant Butterfield from Nedde Real Estate and Alain Youkel from Youkel Architecture + Development, have acquired the 22,000 SF VT historic TD Bank building, Vermont commercial real estate located at 8 North Main St in downtown St Albans, from TD Bank. TD Bank will continue business in the first floor of the building and plans have begun for renovations on the second, third and fourth floors for market rate, modern apartments.
