Doug Nedde Acquires City Center Montpelier

Montpelier, VT – Last year Doug Nedde, owner/founder of Nedde Real Estate, has acquired the City Center Montpelier building located at 89 Main Street, Montpelier, VT. Formerly a downtown mall, this building now contains high profile businesses such as Skinny Pancake, New England Culinary Institute, Edward Jones, AT&T and more recently the Vermont Secretary of State. Nedde continues to improve this property by expanding and building up deck space for use by Skinny Pancake, fitting up office space for the VT Secretary of State and VT League of Cities and Towns and improving common areas throughout the building. The property also contains a parking garage.
