Doug Nedde has over 28 years of experience in commercial brokerage, development and property management. Throughout his career, Nedde has proven time and again his commitment to energy efficient and community-serving design and development. He enjoys having a hand in every part of each project he implements, from conception to design, permitting, construction, marketing and leasing. Nedde has been the driving force behind over 50 major development projects throughout Northern and Central Vermont to date. Throughout this time he has also developed expert skills in brokerage and acquisitions and his knowledge and honest, candid nature has proven invaluable to hundreds of clients throughout his career.

Nikki Fitzcharles comes to Nedde Real Estate with over 15 years of executive level customer service and team management. She has owned her own financial consulting business for years serving many Vermont start-up businesses, large organizations and entrepreneurs. She has expertise in developing and implementing operating systems for businesses to grow and succeed. She is certified in QuickBooks account management. Nikki is a Vermont native and resides in Burlington.
Grant is a native Australian and moved to Vermont 15 years ago. He purchased his first investment property 28 years ago and has been active in investing, residential and commercial development ever since. He lives in St. Albans with his family. Together with Grants’ communication skills and knowledge of the Real Estate market he will prove to be a valuable addition to Nedde Real Estate.
Fernando Cresta and his family moved from Santiago, Chile to Washington, D.C in 1977, due to his father’s appointment as a diplomat to the Embassy of Chile. In 1992, Fernando and his wife Tracy decided to move back to her home state of Vermont to live in Shelburne and raise a family.
With a long-standing interest and investments in Vermont’s commercial real estate industry, Fernando obtained his Vermont Real Estate Salesperson License in 2013, and is continuing to establish and expand his client base with Nedde Real Estate. Fernando’s network of contacts in Vermont is broad and when combined with his creativity and relationship building skills, will be a driving force in his success at Nedde Real Estate.
Fernando has a wide range of business colleagues and contacts, and extensive sales & new business development expertise from his 23 year career in the foodservice industry. He achieved sales growth from $18M to over $140M during his tenure with Burlington Foodservice Company and later Reinhart Foodservice, while serving as Vice President of Business Development and servicing the company’s largest customers.
Jeremy Marrier brings to Nedde Real Estate a comprehensive background in property management and maintenance. A Vermont local, he attended Winooski High School before completing schooling in HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Cooling) systems at the Universal Technical Institute. He simultaneously worked for Vermont Mechanical as an installation technician. From 2004 through 2013 he served in the Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force Guard working in metal fabrication and structural maintenance of air crafts. Upon his return, he started working for Hallkeen Management as the Lead Service Tech/Assistant Director managing 200 multi-family apartment units and a 310 bed student housing building. Jeremy enjoys sports (especially football), spending time with friends and family and working on his house. Jeremy brings a fresh perspective on optimizing efficiency at the properties he manages and offers an involved, hands-on approach to their maintenance.
